About Ryuga
Ryuga is an English-language publisher of manhwa and manhua. We publish original series and series licensed from studios, publishers and independent creators, and readers follow them episode by episode at ryuga.io.
Our mission
Great manhwa and manhua should reach English readers quickly, in a translation that feels as good as the original, while the people who made them keep ownership and are paid fairly. Ryuga handles translation, editing, publishing and marketing so creators can focus on the story.
How publishing works
Ryuga is the publisher and the only seller to readers. It sells one product, Ryuga Premium, $9.99 per month, which unlocks every chapter of every series, through a single checkout. Creators and studios keep ownership of their work and grant Ryuga a non-exclusive publishing license. They have no shop, checkout or payment processor account, and do not sell anything to readers. We review every series and cover before it goes live. Ryuga pays creators a royalty from its own revenue, outside our payment processor; our payment processor has no contract with creators and does not split payments with or pay them.
